The ORA® captive-bred Yellowline Goby, is a cleaner species that are sought-after due to its stunning golden color, shimmering iridescence, and its limited availability in the marketplace. Because native reef species of Brazil are not exported, the captive bred Yellowline Gobies are the only option available to those who are interested. Because of the advancements made by modern captive breeding programs, enthusiasts can enjoy this beautiful specimen, perfect for nano or reef aquariums. It is recommended that the ORA® Captive-Bred Yellowline goby must be kept in a properly-established 10 gallon or larger aquarium. The ORA® Captive-Bred Yellowline goby can be peaceful, however, it could turn territorial and display aggression toward its own species in the absence of a mated pair. In the wild a significant portion of the Yellowline Goby's diet is made up of parasites that are picked off large reef fish. The ORA® Captive-Bred yellowline fish must be fed a diverse diet that includes specific carnivore-specific foods. If you keep it in a tank that is reef-based, this ORA Captive-Bred Yellowline goby should be fed a minimum of once every day. Approximate Size of Purchase: 1"-2"
